Our aim is simple - "to provide highly 'valued' business leadership support, to help you maximise performance, reduce performance barriers and meet your future objectives and aspirations."

We believe good business is built on good relationships. We will invest in helping that relationship develop with a free initial consultation. We have brought together a significant business support service in exact and through our business partners and associates, providing both 'capability' and 'capacity' for your business, when and where needed.

We will help you review your business issues, maximise opportunities, and, importantly, design and deliver business change projects to deliver your 'future' business and help you achieve the realisation of its benefits.

With over 30 years of experience in leading and developing businesses, with a background in complex engineering, technology, and change management, skilled in leadership, project management, coaching, mentoring and consulting, I have held senior divisional leadership appointments at three PLCs (Aim & LSE), leading multi-service line businesses and over 12 brands over my career. I have had the privilege of sitting on the executive committees of two professional/trade bodies, providing consultancy to the leading VC in the sector, and being a previously elected Chairman of the IMA (Interim Management Association). 

 

Our approach

Exact Value Creation is a consulting and advisory service provider focused on helping maximise the value of business for shareholders and stakeholders, from start-up, planning an event or long-term improved trading. Think of us as a fractional C-suite leader as part of your team who supports your business as a critical friend and will always act and support you in the very best interests of the business.

Our initial focus is on capturing the business strategy quickly, helping to critique this for clarity or improvements where possible and then reviewing the business and leadership to capture, and importantly to agree, the key business imperatives and business benefits, which generally form less than 10 key organisational capabilities that the business must achieve (or continue to achieve) to maintain, improve or sustain strategic value. One size doesn’t fit all, and every leadership team and stakeholder's perspectives on value differ, so clarity and simplicity of message are critical to long-term success.  

Once we have captured your strategy and business imperatives, we’ll plan your ‘Fit for the Future’ change approach to deliver the change you want, planning and synchronising the activities in the best priority and helping select the best partners and technology to help where needed.

 

As part of this, we’ll help develop your BI/MI approach to ensure we’re capturing the right information at the right time and support building your best business and target operating model where required. We’re here to help create value in business for you and your team, and we can be very flexible on how we work to achieve this for you.

With experience spanning strategy, start-up, growth, turnaround, investments, acquisitions, integration/merger, technology implementation, and change management,  there is little in the recruitment services sector that we haven't had experience of. However, we will always provide you with the very best services and introduce key partners that we have carefully selected and will introduce where appropriate, ensuring you receive the very best in-class services and support at all times.
