We will help you understand your options, shape solutions and deliver projects such as: - Leading the launch or turnaround of a division, function or business initiative. - Business critical technology assessment, recommendations, technology partner assessment and (relationship) management & implementations (CRM, Pay & Bill, back-office/Finance, from ERP solutions to best of breed). - Creating effective management information, systems & your target operating model (Tom). - Business model, leadership, culture alignment & development. - Financial Systems, forecasting, budget management systems, BI & MI - Strategy development. - Data analysis, technology & infrastructure, implementing a new CRM, DAP, AI & Robotics - People, growth, change.
