We're here to help guide and advise you on your business operational model, it's performance and to create a value creation approach that's right for you. We help you focus on establishing your 'business imperatives', and with you, design and develop your operating model determining the "what" (business processes, technology, service definition) and the "How" (values, culture, commitment, responsiveness etc) for your business and guide you through a business architectural design approach to create a business fit for the future. Each founder, leadership team and business is unique but the following outlines a typical approach: - Initial review - consultation zoom/in-person meeting. - Stakeholder/shareholder analysis, ambition's & goal's workshop. - Business performance review & comparison. - Identifying strategies, levers & barriers to growth . - Gap analysis & recommendation for change. - Summary report; next steps guidance & support recommendations. Our initial focus is on capturing the business strategy quickly, helping to critique this for clarity or improvements where possible and then reviewing the business and leadership to capture, and importantly to agree, the key business imperatives and business benefits, which generally form less than 10 key organisational capabilities that the business must achieve (or continue to achieve) to maintain, improve or sustain strategic value.
